Acceptance

By using this service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you're under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. By using the service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

The service

We provide search, browsing, and downloads of declassified government UFO/UAP records, plus tools to bookmark and clip videos. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and don't share your account.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, no scraping beyond reasonable use, no attempts to break, overload, or circumvent rate limits or access controls, and no unlawful use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we detect abuse, misuse, or activity that threatens the service or other users. We monitor for patterns like excessive clipping, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or automated access. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Content

The source documents are government records. Clips and bookmarks you create are for personal, non-commercial use. You're responsible for how you use downloaded material.

Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future charges, and your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

You may choose to pay more than the minimum to support the service; amounts above the minimum are non-refundable contributions.

Prices may change, but we'll give you notice before any change affects you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We don't guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any record, and we aren't liable for how the archive is used to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. See also our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
